Affordable apartments available for persons 62 years and older and for disabled persons regardless of age

Apartments now available!!

Spacious one-bedroom apartments situated in a quiet, residential location.  All units are single-floor design.  Each apartment boasts a modern kitchen, combination living-dining room, large bath and generous closet and storage space.  Lunches are prepared weekdays in the community room through the St. Lawrence County Senior Nutrition Program.  Laundry facilities and mail boxes are located on-site.  A fulltime caretaker provides maintenance free living. Pets are welcome!  Flower and/or vegetable garden areas will be provided.  Also, conveniently located nearby is a grocery store, medical office, the local post office, library and churches.  Qualified tenants receive rental subsidies.
